1. Simple Winter Tip: I was always losing lip balm. This winter I bought a 4 pack and left one in my car, one in my office, one in my coat, and one on my nightstand. It’s like magic. I wish I had thought of this sooner.
2. Currently Reading: The “The Infinite Game” by Simon Sinek. One of the great problems of today is so many people playing finite games. Read this book, it’s great.
3. Loving This: I’m loving this Best Self 6 month planner. I have used the quarterly planners before. The set up of this 6 month planner is outstanding. I highly recommend it.
4. Fitness App: Many have goals for the New Year that involve fitness. I have used a bunch of apps and can’t think of a better one than the free “My Fitness Pal” app. Check it out.
5. The Thing I Hate That Works: Logging my food. Simply being mindful of my consumption makes me consume less. I’m back at this in 2020.
